Objection - we are totally opposed and consider this overdevelopment due to the sloping nature of the land and drive which will increase the effect on neighbouring properties and will introduce vehicle noise/fumes etc.      The proposed garage is excessive in size and too close to neighbouring properties.     We are aware that a bungalow on this site was refused by CDC and the Planning Inspector because of vehicle access and nuisance to neighbouring properties.    We believe therefore that this should be the subject of a full planning application.
