(173A) Street Lights – Haywarden to obtain map with Clerk’s assistance and mark thereon street lights, footpaths and land ownership. With the aid of this document we will be able to work in a more efficient manner. The Clerk is trying to contact Bucks County Council Officer to ascertain the situation regarding the street light maintenance.
(173A) Letter to be sent to person who knocked down lamp post in Chalfont Common asking for their insurance details – further letter sent saying matter would be referred to Solicitor if no reply received.
(173A) No Door Step Selling Zone sign in Austenwood Close - The Parish Council do not normally withhold permission for these signs but Clerk asked if they could see a design of the sign – email sent. Email received with copy of sign.
