(151A) Denham Lane – Owner has stopped parking on the grass verge. Noted. (156A) Buckinghamshire County Council Draft Freight Strategy – The Clerk to write to Buckinghamshire County Council giving the Committee’s support and copy to BALC. (156A) Buckinghamshire County Council – Transport for Buckinghamshire – Draft Parking and Enforcement Policy – Consultation – Committee filled in Parking Policy Response Sheet and Clerk to post to Buckinghamshire County Council. 164A Correspondence – · Email regarding re Wildlife and Common Lane – Willow Tree House. Committee suggested this was not a planning issue but a legal issue. Cllr M Beane to respond to email and compile letter saying that the Parish Council were concerned that portacabins had been on common land for 9 months. · Buckinghamshire County Council re Various Roads, Various Parishes (Street Events 2010) Chiltern Area) (Temporary Traffic Restrictions) (Special Event) Order 2010 – Christmas Fun Night 3 December 2010 – Noted. · Chiltern District Council Off-Street Parking Places Amendment (No. 7) Order 2010 Notice of Making of the Chiltern District Council off-Street Parking Places Amendment (No. 7) order 2010 – Noted · The Buckinghamshire County Council Speed Limit Review (Various Roads in Various Parishes in Area 10) 30MPH, 40MPH and 50MPh Speed Limits) Order 2010 – Noted 165A Licences – None 166A Enforcement Referrals List - Noted 167A Planning Comments & Officers Reports 2009/00147 - Appeal by John Stanley, Noah Stanley and Sheila Stanley West Hyde, Chalfont St Peter. New gate agreed with Chiltern District Council should be removed in 12 months to have all ground work done and leveled to original state. Caravans to be removed from date of letter. 09/0949/FA Gerrards Cross Tennis Club, Bull Lane – appeal to be decided on the basis on exchange of written statements – Noted.
