(156A) Buckinghamshire County Council Draft Freight Strategy – The Clerk to write to Buckinghamshire County Council giving the Committee’s support and copy to BALC – letter sent – Noted.
(156A) Buckinghamshire County Council – Transport for Buckinghamshire – Draft Parking and Enforcement Policy – Consultation – Committee filled in Parking Policy Response Sheet and Clerk to post to Buckinghamshire County Council – sent – Noted.
(164A) Email regarding re Wildlife and Common Lane – Willow Tree House. Committee suggested this was not a planning issue but a legal issue. Clerk to send letter to Chiltern District Council.
173A Correspondence –
· Letter from Leigh (Electrical) Contractors dated 18 January 2010 – Committee agreed to ask Clerk to do a simplified tender document and obtain 3 quotes and discuss further at Finance Committee.
· Replacement street lights Chalfont Common and Lower Road – Clerk to chase as a matter of urgency and ask to be done within one month. Clerk to ask if there were any outstanding works or costs. Letter to be sent to person who knocked down lamp post in Chalfont Common asking for their insurance details.
· Street Naming Procedure – Noted
· Transport for Buckinghamshire moving office - Noted
· No Door Step Selling Zone sign in Austenwood Close - The Parish Council do not normally withhold permission for these signs but Clerk asked if they could see a design of the sign.

The Parish Council wishes to speak at the District Planning meeting regarding planning application 2010/0121/FA 19 School Lane, Chalfont St Peter. Chiltern District Council been informed that Cllr Beane would be attending their planning meeting on Thursday 22 April.
