Object to proliferation of flat roof dormers and windows overlooking neighbouring property “Silvanus”.  Also out of keeping with rest of house.

3.

CH/2010/0076/KA

The Dower House Gold Hill East Chalfont St Peter

Ask forestry Officer recommendation.   However we do not wish to see character of site change by taking out so many trees especially the red cedar.

CH/2010/0106/SA

Langsett

5.

CH/2010/0121/FA

We do not consider that the reasons for refusal of previous applications have been overcome.    The development is detrimental to neighbouring properties.   The Certificate of Lawfulness granted for a garage is specifically for the use of 19 School Lane as it is "within the residential curtilage of this dwelling with access from the rear garden and front of site."
