3. To approve the Minutes of Meeting on 12th November 2009

- Organisation review
Chairman of HR and OS will continue with the organisational review as soon as possible.
Haywardens time sheets to be given to Clerk weekly. The chairman raised the need for additional resources to bring the HR function up to speed prior to the appointment of a new Parish Clerk. It was suggested that other resource issue need to be addressed eg ref communication policy. Chairman said he would raise this at full Council
- Employment contracts
– to be reviewed. Clerk to obtain contracts from other Parish Councils
- Training
- information in hand regarding a tree management course.
