CHAIRMAN WILL ISSUE INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING EMERGENCY EXITS IN THE EVENT OF FIRE

4h. Review action points
Employment conditions and contracts
Existing employees’ contracts of employment need to be reviewed as well as the establishment of appropriate employment contracts for new employees.
HR consultants will be approached to quote for reviewing existing contracts, establishing new contracts of employments for new employees and remuneration. Action Clerk
Cllr B Smith will provide a specification to be sent to HR consultants. Action Cllr B Smith
The review will be concurrent with the recruitment of an Office Administrator.
RECOMMEND A temporary assistant be employed to assist the Clerk with the backlog of work and shadow the existing admin assistant.
5h. Recruitment
An advert for the post of Office Administrator will be finalised and advertised as soon as possible. Action Clerk
6h. Organisational Review
This issue will be discussed at the next meeting of the committee.
7h. To consider the renewal of subscription to LGE
The renewal was agreed. Action Clerk.
