1A Declaration of interests –
Cllr Mrs Brooke and Cllr B Allen declared a non-pecuniary interest in planning application

Cllr Mrs Darby declared a non-pecuniary interest in planning application No. CH/2010/0662/FA
2A To approve Minutes of Committee Meeting held on 10 May 2010.
The minutes were approved as a true record and signed by the Chairman.
3A Review Action Points from Minutes of 10 May 2010.
(173A) Street Lights – Haywarden to obtain map with Clerk’s assistance and mark thereon street lights, footpaths and land ownership. With the aid of this document we will be able to work in a more efficient manner. The Clerk is trying to contact Bucks County Council Officer to ascertain the situation regarding the street light maintenance – to be carried forward to next meeting on 21 June 2010.
(173A) Letter to be sent to person who knocked down lamp post in Chalfont Common asking for their insurance details – further letter sent saying matter would be referred to Solicitor if no reply received – letter to be sent to Solicitor to ask him to act. Cllr Adams has a photograph if required.
(173A) No Door Step Selling Zone sign in Austenwood Close - The Parish Council do not normally withhold permission for these signs but Clerk asked if they could see a design of the sign – email sent. Email received with copy of sign. Committee happy with sign.
4A Correspondence –
Planning Briefing 21 May 2010 - New Coalition Government’s “radical reform” of the planning system - noted
Letter from local resident regarding proposal for improvement of vehicle parking and pedestrian access to Fairview Cottages to improve safety and appearance – Residents of Fairview Cottages attended the meeting and were advised to get in touch with the Highways Department at Bucks County Council.
5A Licences - None.
6A Enforcement Referrals List –
Alleged breach of planning control: Importation of hardcore at Capshield Field, Land south of West Hyde Lane, Chalfont St Peter – Letter received from Tracey Francis, Principal Planning Officer, Enforcement – No further action to be taken at the moment but members have been asked to monitor the situation.
7A Planning Comments & Officers Reports
The Parish Council does not wish to speak at the District Planning meeting regarding the following planning applications: CH/2010/0432/FA – 20 Leachcroft, Chalfont St Peter, CH/2010/0484/FA – 1 Ravensmead, Chalfont St Peter and CH/2010/0625/FA – Mortimers, 21 Market Place, Chalfont St Peter
Planning applications with different outcomes to the Parish – Noted.

Village Design Statement – All Councillors to read the Village Design Statement and Councillors to be emailed asking for their comments for the next Amenities & Planning meeting on 21 June. They have been asked to consider their area of the Parish is adequately covered.
Flags – We are concerned these flags contain advertising and business information. Refer to Main Council re contacting Tracey Francis re advertising without any planning permission and to take professional advice re advertising on flags.
