A statement from the team
This draft of the Village Design Statement is offered to the villagers of Chalfont St Peter for their consideration and comment. This document will eventually be forwarded to Chiltern District Council for adoption and use in planning matters concerning the village. Before that adoption, we are seeking your acceptance of the details, guidelines and recommendations contained in its pages.
