An outline planning application has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council for a housing development in Chalfont Common of up to 975 houses.
We understand there is public concern to this application and would encourage residents to register their comments on the Buckinghamshire Council planning portal using link below:

Please note that this planning application has been amended meaning that Bucks Council (Local Planning Authority) will now accept comments up until 19th February 2023 via the planning portal (preferred option)  or via email to planning.comments.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk

SENSE & PARISH COUNCIL PUBLIC MEETING – 9th NOVEMBER at 8pm at the Hub.
Over 400 people attended public meeting sponsored by the Parish Council and SENSE on 9th November at the Hub in Chalfont St Peter, regarding the above outline planning application. A presentation was shared highlighting the issues raised by this application followed by questions. Reports have been produced by each of the Parish Council and SENSE and submitted to Buckinghamshire Council objecting to the Epilepsy Society planning application and can be accessed HERE (please click and scroll down to see them).
